The patch is a standalone download. You need to make sure you have Stuffit Expander to "unzip" the program once you download it and then run the patch to allow it to install. Please remember that there is no current update for the Mac version and you should be patched to 1.67. There are instructions on how to bypass the Launcher to allow your game to run.
