Haha yeah, after spending 10 minutes going "Where is it, I'm sure I've seen this somewhere before" I painfully realize 'oh it's already built in' /facepalm
Okay so my version is Version 6.1.0 (6067.250.12) hey looks like the same kind! As for good ol' dad I might have to wait till tomorrow to ask but but I'm not opposed to buying Windows either. I'm not sure he would even know so I might be stuck waiting and he's has his own opinions, he might be kinda "I don't know, I don't think I want you messing with the laptop." So, I like kind a plan b and backup plan for the backup plan.
Update since typing this: Surprise, he's certain it's Windows 10. Good ol' pop pop.
