Bit strange that it won't work. I must confess that I have only skimmed the last few comments on here but did you use Disk Utility to erase and reformat the USB before creating the ISO? I would run it a couple of times to properly make sure it's reformatted properly.

Not really relevant until you can successfully boot into the Windows installer, and it's been a while since I boot camped, but I do remember that during the process Windows prompted me to reformat the FAT32 partition as NTFS.
