about sims 3 on xbox 360

hi I want to know as on pc you have all the different hair and cool clothes can you buy it for xbox 360 as well?  and all the expansion packs as well? I really want to have the cool stuff like on pc sims 3 . thank you and p.s when will you make the sims that anyone on pc or xbox 360 can visit each other homes in the game friends and other members?
