Add on doesnt launch Ambition and World adventures sims 3

Hi all, im making another attempt to try to fix this. Ive been having this issue for about 8 years now and still i want to solve it. I use the EA app and i have 3 add ons with my Sims 3. 

Seasons works fine. 

But i miss Ambitions and world adventures. They do show up in the App as "you own this add on" but when i want to launch Sims 3 they dont show up there. And i did download them. They should be showing up. The support of EA doesnt help a thing. Contacted them numerous times. Did everything they asked. Nothing seem to help. Its a complicated problem i believe wich EA should fix! Since ive seen many people facing this issues. Even now. 

Since Sims 1 and 2 are being released, im making another effort for Sims 3.

Does anyone have a idea of this problem

    I have thesame problem with Ambitions and World adventures. And i actually have this problem for years now. No solution so far

    i have the same issue, apparently many users do, i tried few tricks from reddit but nothing helped. please let me know if you find a solution

    It sounds like this pack was removed from your account and you would need to repurchase in order to access and play. 

    This isn't something we can check on over the forums as we don't have access to your account information, but live support can check your entitlements for these packs and see what's happened. Please submit a new case on the site here so they can look into this- be sure you attach this forum conversation conversation when you reach out there so the team has further information to reference.
