already-purchased expansion pack can't be downloaded
i downloaded the eps "world adventures" and "supernatural". world adventures downloaded smoothly but i can't download supernatural for some reason. it shows up in my library and is marked as purchase...
@u5p9jh7rzls9 You don't receive a product code when purchasing directly from EA, nor should you need one. Please choose Sims 3 > DLC (or Add-ons), find Supernatural, and see if there's a Download button there.

If that doesn't help either, please wait 24 hours post-purchase and check again, clearing the EA App's cache (again). Sometimes there's a delay between a purchase and the pack becoming available, although this problem is much less common now than it was a year or so ago. Still, you don't need to jump through hoops if this is going to resolve on its own.
