Hi a few years ago I created an account in the Sims 3 community but when creating it I entered the wrong password. Now I can't get into it and my Sims 3 base game and Sims 3 Ambitions code is locked to it I would like to know if you could release the code from that account so that I can put it on my new one.
The codes are:
Base game- <edit for security reasons>
Ambitions- <edit for security reasons>
