authorization failed

I just bought my Sims 3 starter pack game with the Late Night and High End Loft extension packs. I installed them, registered them, made an account, and downloaded Origin. I even restarted my computer and took the disc out and put it back in, but every time I try to play the game is says something like, "Disc authorization failed, we can't make sure you own this disk. Contact customer service." Help???
