Bad CC - Instructions on how to find it and how to get rid of it (including list)

help please,

doing a modeling comp for the first time, wanted to do something new, here is the family http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=2809716

this is 2nd upload by op, and attaching itself to the family are the following

watersFMskirt3' it is a full outfit, and a pair of shoes.

Using the launcher I can apparently remove the skirt which also removes the nightie top, but the shoes stay in.
There are 12 new files in my DCBackup folder, and my .dbc file jumped from 819kb to 2819kb, there are now also 2 .ebc files.

Can I replace the new .dbc file with the old one and not have it mess up? or better yet if anyone can tell me the file names to root out and manually remove?
