Won't let me download sets off of Sims 3 website

Bryleeanne1​ Did you try downloading them using the ingame download manager?

Bryleeanne1​  You don't download content to the EA App, just to the Sims 3 launcher.  Then you install it through the launcher's Downloads tab.

What happens when you try to download the content from the Sims 3 website?  If you get an error, please post a screenshot of it.  Please also let me know what browser you've been using and whether your computer runs Windows or macOS.

I have tried to download them but it wouldn't show up in the EA app. I have checked to see if the account I am signed into was the same as the EA app and it is. I don't know what to do now. 

Bryleeanne1​  What exactly are you trying to download that won't work?  It looks like your expansions and stuff packs are installed properly.  If you mean the Store sets in your last screenshot, you may be seeing this issue when you try to install them:

But that shouldn't prevent downloading.

I bought the sets on the Sims 3 website and none of them show in the ea app. Like the fun baby swing. 

Bryleeanne1​  No Store content can be installed through the EA App.  This has always been the case.  That's why you need to use the Store site.  And that's why I keep asking what happens when you try to use it.
