Bad CC - Instructions on how to find it and how to get rid of it (including list)

Hi I think i have TONS OF BAD CC in my game. Like for instance Lots of sims are naked from the waist down and then they have these shirts on top but some are completly naked and I have been deleting bad cc from the launcher but when i delete them they reappear again. How do I delete them all?
