Sims 3 purchase history missing!!!!

in 2015 I purchased and installed the sims 3 onto my old laptop. I have the disk, case, code and, receipt from purchase. I also have 5 expansion packs for the game. I would really love to play this version since I spent so much money on it otherwise it was a waste of money,

I now have a Apple, but I still use the same email as when I registered every game and expansion pack, I have tried to find them but cannot!!! PLEASE HELP ME

  • AngelWohlers​  Are you saying you've logged into the EA App and don't see Sims 3 or any DLC in your game library?  If that's not the case, what's the issue?

    If that is the problem, have you contacted customer support to ask what happened to your purchases?  A support rep should be able to look up the product codes for you and at least try to help you figure out what account you used to register them.

    puzzlezaddict   Yes that is what I was trying to say thank you for understanding.     I have tried but have not gotten a response from Customer service. 

  • AngelWohlers​  Try using the live chat option.  If you only see the option to email support instead, choose a slightly different category of issue.

    If none of that works, you can use the option to continue without an active login.  It might not show up for all categories of issue, but it certainly works when you say you can't login to your EA account.

    yeah that didn't help at all there responses was" I am understanding but we are unable to check any details of the code, since it is bought from the third party retailer, therefore, you have to coordinate with the retailer regarding the same." I gave them all the information from receipt, codes email addresses.
