Bad CC - Instructions on how to find it and how to get rid of it (including list)

I've found an item of broken clothing in my game recently. It is a male top for Young adults and Adults.
It makes the upper body invisible and overrides the trouser and shoe textures.

By exporting a Sim wearing the broken top I managed to find its package name is 0x89c4b5a65a044c6192a264bc0febe007
but I can't find it in the launcher to remove it!

I can upload the Sims3pack if you want to take a look at it.
