Bad CC - Instructions on how to find it and how to get rid of it (including list)

Did you search your launcher for NEW CAS PROJECT. It's in installed content, NOT downlaods. Uninstall it from there.

If that does not help, try moving your files from DCCache to the desktop (but then everything will be gone and you will need to reinstall everything). You can keep the *.ebc files in there for that is store stuff.
