If the have a folder icon they are either package files in your mods folder or they came with a sim. Remove all files from your SavedSims folder, if it's gone, it's with a sim. If it's still there, it's a package file.

Theres nothing in my mods folder, i never put nothing in it, they probably came with a sim. If i delete all of my sims, wont they disappear from my game?...
EDIT: Never mind, I deleted all of my saved sims, and im going to check right now if it worked :) brb....
