sometime sit takes up to 5 mins to show in the purchase history try log out and back in if it still does not show up after that contact Cs

Sorry..that is not it. I bought Barnacle Bay years ago. My last computer just packed it in, so I was going to install on my new laptop. Well I couldn't as Barnacle Baydoes not show up in n purchase history..although most other items do. It may be that I hdto change my account email a long time ago as the site had issues that could not be solved and I was no problem nger able to access that account. This was a problem with one Origin game I had (was liked to the old email). However...inputting the old email tells me that the email is not connected with an account. As I said I tried...after not finding it my purchase history to add the code...but this is where it tells me that it was already activated.
