My sims wont start without deleting and installing .NET framework 3.5

I never really do this so please be patient with me, but everytime I close sims 3 I have to delete .NET Framework 3.5 and reinstall it to open it again, I have no idea why this is and can't find a clear answer.

I don't know if it's my computer (much less where to find where to see my computer) so I'd really appreciate some help

Thanks in advance!

    Hi Lilsha0991,

you can try reinstalling Sims 3 completely. Make sure that your Windows is up to date and that all updates are installed.

    Please also post your dxdiag.

You have to click on "save all information" and post the text file here.

May I ask if you have other problems with your windows?

Did you tried to restarted your Computer after closing TS3?
(A real "restart" not just shut down and start again?)

Please add a DxDiag to your next reply.

A DxDiag is an overview of your PCs technical features and recent software errors.
There is no personal info in it expect for the “Machine name” in the second row.
(You might delete the “Machine name” and “Machine Id” line if you wish too.)

    How to create a DxDiag:

    1. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    2. Copy and paste or type "DxDiag" in the new field. (Without the quotes) > ENTER
    3. Wait until the green bar is gone > Click on "Save all information"
    4. Save the file to your desktop.
    5. Here at EA Forum > Click Replay > Click the paper clip icon at the bottom of the replay Window.
    6. Navigate to the "DxDiag.txt" on your desktop > select the "DxDiag.txt" > click on "Open".
    7. Reply.
