Hello,

it's been a few years since I've played the sims 3 so I don't know how I can really help at this point.
to stop the blue screen of death I remember I had to delete my save game file as that is where the error was coming from sadly that meant I had to delete my whole family and start over.

the thing I would advise you to do is to create a new forum stating your issue and follow the steps that someone gives you as I can't do much more. I hope you find a solution to your issue! x
