@PerriFao The fact that you live in Australia and I live in America Where there are several computer stores within easy driving distance makes it difficult to help as I don't know what is available to you. Gaming laptops are a unique breed. You need to post how you intend to purchase the computer (mail order, dealer, manufacturer, other). Gaming laptops usually have a dedicated video chip and I recommend this chip be in the mid gaming range. 16Gb of memory seems to be normal. Support could be a concern because gaming laptops tend to be more expansive then student laptops. I recommend Dell although performance is good (not great) but support is good and they seem to out live other laptop I have owned. Let us know what you have looked at.
I’m gonna try ordering online that way I can get it shipped (I don’t have a license and public transport is a nuisance as well as anxiety inducing) I’ve looked up best gaming laptops for sims 3 but could only find pages more so for sims 4.

Just let me know your preferred budget—price may not matter up to a point, but you still may have a number in mind—and any other details that matter to you. If you're considering specific options, it would be easier to see links to the exact laptops you're considering, since any given model will come in at least a few different configurations.
$8000 would probably be my limit but if you have any recommendation I would love to look into them. As for the laptops I’ve mentioned I’ll add all but the Alienware laptop bellow.

@PerriFao Wow, you really can get whatever you want, or probably two of whatever you want. So the question is more about what features matter most to you: size, weight, screen quality, battery life, noise, that kind of thing. For example, you might care a lot about noise if you plan on using speakers, but very little if you always play with headphones. You'd never want to play on battery, but you might like to have a better battery for other reasons.
There are plenty of highly rated laptops that do well in some of these categories, in addition to running games very well. But none of them is perfect, because of course there's only so much you can do with a laptop. As far as the highest-rated laptops overall, those would generally be the Razer Blade, Gigabyte Aero and Aorus, and MSI Raider models, although the overall quality can depend to some extent on the configuration, e.g. the higher end models might get a better screen or battery.
As far as the hardware you'd want for Sims 3, anything beyond an Nvidia 1660 ti would be massive overkill. Even an Intel i5-9300H or 10300H, or the AMD equivalents (3550H, 3750H, 4600H) would be good enough processors. You may want more power for other reasons, like other games for example; I'm just saying that Sims 3 won't benefit beyond a certain point.
Among the laptops you listed, the Razer is great, as noted, and the Leopard is very good too, although its battery and chassis aren't great for the price. I'd stay away from the Predator though—it's fine for what it is, but it cuts some corners and doesn't have the build quality of other laptops you might consider.
If you really don't know what you want other than to play Sims 3 well, that's fine, I can just list a bunch of good options for you to browse. If you do have some priorities though, let me know what I should look for. I'll do a more thorough search in the morning (it's after midnight here) and come up with some suggestions.
