Beyond Frustrated with Origin Issues

So I've had the lovely experience this morning of logging in to origin and my games not being there. Which sucks 'cause I really wanted to install my sims 3 pets. So I sent origin an error report, saying my problem (still waiting for an answer), but when no reply came I searched the internet. I looked up and down forums and tried everything. I mean EVERYTHING. But despite all of that I decided not to get angry. I still had my receipt for all those expansion packs I bought, and they're suppose to have the redeem code on them. So I thought I could just download it all again. But when I went back to that email. THERE WAS NO REDEEM CODE. It just said "oh go to origin under "my games" it will be there". Now I'm angry this shouldn't be happening. All I wanted was to play Sim 3 pets.

    This may not be the issue and you already know about it, but with the newest update, all of the Sims 3 Expansion packs no longer appear under 'My Games', but rather under the Information of the Sims 3; all of them are still there and running, just click on the Sims 3 and then press Play;

     as for the expansion pack you want to install, just put the Pets disc into the computer and it should let you install it normally.

    Problem is most of my expansion packs I bought on origin so I don't have a disc

    @JennaDeehan I don't understand. If they are on Origin, then surely the above applies?
