I already had sims spawn in town and saw a vampire, wild horses, a deer, and a unicorn.
Writin_Reg gave us a very detailed explanation and description earlier in this thread, including how to test your game to see if you have a problem. I know this is a very long thread, but believe me when I tell you that you should read the whole thing. I've done a list of things on the first post, but for details you need to read everything.
