Sorry, but when the pauses/lags/freezes are lasting much longer then the playtime in between them, I find the game unplayable. I don't have BB, so I really don't know anything about it. But keep in mind I tend to play very large towns, with all EP, usually with most venues, and bustling with Sims. I like my towns to feel alive and to have a lot of diversity.
Of course, this was before I learned a lot of the information included in this thread. Simply not deleting EA Sims and not using the World Editor alone have greatly increased the lifespan of my towns greatly! Once I installed ET and OW my ability to enjoy my time in game increased even more.
