Hanyo, yes there is, but not actually on this site - but you can put a link to it here. But you need to upload your save file for which ever world you wanted to share to one of the file sharing sites.
Then make a thread in one of the forums where it's appropiate - like the CAW forum or the Creative corner, maybe post a few pictures, and then include a link to the file on the mediashare site. Many of us here have done that - lots of us use mediafire for that very purpose. Lots of creators also use that method to populate their CAW created worlds, as it takes mods and a lot of work to populate a user created world, and is not really easy to do - so they use the save file method to give their worlds a backstory and sims that look nice.
CAW does not allow simmers to populate a world, so until Tea and Blues and a few other simmers came up with a method to do it using mods, the only way we had was with sharing save files.
