bshag - yep, either MC or awesomemod is the only safe way to do it as they both address the game file and give the game the info it needs to make it think the sims died and moved on to the Netherworld. So if one must get rid of sims that is the best way for sure.
Yeah I did up Magic Dancers SV2 also. I was one of the ones who convinced her to add the lots as she did such a wonderful job on redoing things and adding roads I knew people would flock to that map - then I figured they'd surely blame her and not the WE when they got all sorts of lag. I was able to utilize all the lots easy enough. I have redone the town a few times to add in new ep buildings since I had it. But I do enjoy that world when I get the chance to play it. Right now it is tough as I have Lunar Lakes, Starlight Shores, Appalosa Plains, Lucky Palms, Sunlit Tides and now this world all virtually hardly played plus 3 of Rflongs I was doing up, and Hidden Springs and Barnacle Bay I had been redoing too - nevermind the worlds I am testing, and I am really enjoying MF - grrrr - I am going in so many directions I don't know where to go next. So I end up shrugging it all off, test a little on the testing worlds, the play MF rest of the evening.
Luckily the testing worlds seem flawless as all three are from experienced Caw creators - so that makes things go better.
But it seems like since Lunar Lakes came out I lost total overcontrol of everything as one world after the other came out, as well as tons of worlds to be tested - so thank goodness i am grateful Seasons will not have it's own world. Maybe then I can catch up.
