Black screen after launch

3f444fb472fa1627  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

3f444fb472fa1627  Please uninstall and reinstall your VC++ 2005 x86 runtime, which Sims 3 uses.  Open Windows Settings > Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, click the 2005 version (it won't say x86, but that's what it is), and uninstall it.  You can get a new copy here:

You only need the x86 version, not the other two.  Restart after installing and before trying to play.

Thanks so much. That kinda worked, but now it’s stuck on loading screen. It’s not freezing, but I have been stuck on 99% loading forever. It happened earlier today as well, but it takes 45 minutes-1 hours 

3f444fb472fa1627  Sorry for the late reply.  Does this happen with existing saves, new saves, or both?  If it's only in a new save, does it matter which world you choose?

No problem, it doesnt matter what save or what world i choose. I decised to delete the game unfortunately - but thanks for the help ☺️
