xxgraciela As another test, evict the household, save the house to the bin, bulldoze the lot, place the copy, and move your sims back in. (If they somehow don't have enough money, you can use the freerealestate on cheat.) Do so in summer first, and if that works, you can try it in fall with the frost present, as it is in your current save state.
If this doesn't work, try placing the house on a different lot, one that's currently blank.
