Blurred Skin/Makeup -Not Clear-

I have downloaded CC before and it comes out nice and clear. Then I had my computer wiped out and redownloaded my CC. Eyeshadow is a bit blurred, eye contacts are blurred, lipstick has a worse effect...

    We can't really help with cc here.

    Does it also happen to game content or just cc ?

    Did you try playing around with your graphics settings ?

THANKS SO MUCH! I don't know why I didn't come up with that myself! I turned up my graphichs settings and everything is SO clear now! Thanks!
