I 'merged' my accounts when Origin first came around so I know I have them 'linked' however, a lot of my games are not showing up in that box of Registered Games on the Sims3 page. Because of this, I am not able to download some of my bonus content. I also recall getting the Limited Edition or Collectors Edition of Medieval only to discover that it wasn't. So because of whatever Origin Mix-up, I don't get the extra content.
I don't know where I go on either site to make sure that the accounts are still linked. The only Sims identity I see, I have in an uneditable field on Origin is (I believe) for The regular Sims and not Sims 3. It just says: Game Specific Identities - The Sims <user-name here>
I know I am linked because all Sims Cash purchases for Sims 3 that I make do download to my game through Origin. Unless it automatically queues the game launcher itself outside Origin. I have all but one Sims 3 game (missing the Katy Perry Sweet Treats) and a Sims Medieval game (no Pirates and Nobles) and of all the games I own, not even HALF show up on the Sims3.com website. I thought that perhaps it took a while to sync but it can't take this **bleep** long, can it? Someone help.

Hi everyone,
I merged several threads into one as they all deal with the same issue.
To make sure you redeem your code correctly, please try one of the following flows that best fits your needs.*
*These only apply if your Origin account is the same as The Sims 3 account used on www.ts3.com.
1. Did you buy the game in Origin?
If you bought the game in Origin, Origin will auto-register your game (meaning you won't have to enter your code to register). You will then need to get your items from The Sims 3 website. Be sure to log in with your account here.
2. Did you buy your game elsewhere but would like to register in Origin?
Once you register your game in Origin, be sure to go to The Sims 3 website to get your item.Get your item here. You won't need to re-register your game at this point. We also had a maintenance on the Sims Website recently. Can you please check if you see all your games on the Sims Website now?
Thanks,

so when do you think this might be fixed? my games are not showing up.

No. My games have not shown up. Even after speaking with some support. It showed up briefly and now they are gone again. So I am back at square one. Awesome. Oh yea, and somehow my Medieval Special edition when bought forever ago ended up as the regular one. And now that entire game has poofed from my Origin Library altogether. Fantastic.

I just purchased Season on Origin and am having the same problem. Was this ever resolved?

Hi,
I bought the game on Origin but when I try to log in into the Sims 3 Community website you provided it takes me to "Register for the Sims 3 Community" section where I am prompted to enter game code and my Origin display name. However, every time I insert the Sims 3 Cd-key it says "The serial code you entered is invalid." If I can't get past this step then there is no way that I can access my account on the Sims 3 Community website and can't download or buy any new content from Sims 3. Please help. Thank you.- Anonymous13 years ago
Guys please!!! No offense to anyone, but honestly? Can you guys not read? If you buy the game off Origin, it's automatically registered FOR YOU!! Icons not popping up are just a bug. The only thing you're not getting is the pretty icon on your My Page!! If the code is stating its invaild and you bought it from somewhere other than Origin, contact EA!!!
Please guys, I'm not trying to be nasty. Read Ursula's post
