Bought Monte Vista at Walmart now it says my code is already been used

Actually it is about the The Sims 3 Monte Vista, It is 9:36 pm, meaning that I bought my BRAND NEW game at 7:23 at Walmart in Jefferson City, MO.. I am TRYING to install it, but it is saying that the code that I have for it has ALREADY been used!?! What is EA going to do for me? To make this better?&nbsp;Receipt Reference Number: 309900554322

I have been playing Sims since there was only Sims 1, And this is NOT the first time that this crap has happened to me.&nbsp;

Monte Vista is a Store World and as such, it should show up in your purchase History to download and install through the launcher: https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html

If it's not there, you will need to contact customer support. The AnswerHQ is about users helping users.

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
