Has anyone else bought Items, venues, sets and worlds from the Sims 3 store and now they are coming up as you need to buy them. I had customer 'support' call me, but they were just rude. They said if It's not coming up as bought that I never bought them. They said no one else is having this issue. I'm about to spam this all over Facebook.
@merriwynne Have checked that you are logging in with the correct account in game? Also could you check if the items show up in your purchase history on the following page: http://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html

I'm sure I'm logged into the right account. I've checked my purchase history and I've checked the pages the items are on. I've had customer service call me and they were rude and demeaning to me.
I'm missing:
Midnight Hollow Gold
Roaring Heights Gold
Business as Usual Bistro
Last Benue of Amore
The Boardwalk ? (I'm not sure about this one)
I also believe I'm missing sets because I'm missing in game items that I don't believe were part of those worlds and venues.
I know I've bought a lot of stuff. The customer service person said I'm bought thousands of items. I've already lost all the store items I bought for Sims 2. I don't feel comfortable buying store items if they can vanish off my purchase history and I'm not going to get any help getting them back.
