Bought World Bundle and Stuff Pack but Can't Download Them

I bought the Sims 3 Master Suite Stuff Pack and The Sims 3 World Bundle containing Monte Vista and Hidden Springs on the EA App. I put in the codes I had been emailed but the worlds are not showing up...

I am having the very same problem right now. I bought the ad on yesterday, and I've been trying to get some assistance ever since.
