bridges in sims 3

there two vids on you tube this one is a simple little bridge  here  the other  one is for an arched bridge i would recommend that you start a new game for doing the arched bridge as a cheat is used untill you get the hang of it  that way if it messes up you won't affect your game you already play and you can practice making bridges to your hearts content arch bridge

hm... ok i checked both out seem pretty easy, but however.. i cant seem to do this over a pool ...lol

np 🙂 pools are a wee bit different first you delete  the section of pool you want the bridge over and build a deck over it add stairs to both ends of the deck then place the flooring you want wood, or tiles then hammer one section of deck somewhere in the middle since the floor tile was hammered with the deck place a tile back over the empty spot rinse repeat  for each section untill you have a bridge over your pool make sure you have two spaces from the pool so that you can place the pool back to its original shape and size i'll edit this post and post with some pictures

some of the tuts are very interesting and the sims 3 site has some great tuts too once you find the tuts your looking for

Oh, i did not know the site had the tuts also thank you for that info ! On another note i am having a problem, i cant seem to get my water back, it is saying cant intersect with modular stairs.

you probably didn't leave enough room  see where there are two spaces in picture  two oneis for to replace your pool the other is to replace your floor tile
