When did you get it? Like I said, it worked for me when Pets was first released, and then after I started playing with horses, I stopped using it. It was only after all the Premiums started to break that I "used" it, if only to test its functionality.
BTW, I was able to sneak in a quick test of the FoY, Ice Cream Machine, and Deep Fryer. They all work as designed. The Deep Fryer even got my Sim fat, so that still works as well. Strangely enough, the FoY must have gotten an upgrade since I last played with it, because it uses a large library of musical cues now.
