I Just finished testing Grandpa's Tractor and for me the Money tree was definitely the problem.
@ Karritz,
I really liked your idea of an indoor greenhouse with Grandpa's Tractor so I am glad that using it indoors was not what was causing the problem. I'll be interested to see what happens in your game with a new sim. Mine was an older sim with every harvestable in her inventory. Traits: brave, loves the outdoors, neat, green thumb and gatherer (which I read could conflict with the Money tree)
Here is what I did:
- outdoors, no Money tree - watered, fertilized and harvested - no issues
- Money trees added - watered and fertilized as normal. Harvesting caused the sim to exit the tractor to the left rather than the right as usual and the tractor was reset off the track and a few spaces away.
- I kept everything the same but removed the Money trees - watered, fertilized and harvested with no issues once again.
- added a 2 story building around the whole deal, no Money tree - watered, fertilized and harvested once again perfectly.
