[64-bit and Metal] Cannot sign into EA Account in-game.

Hey, so I’ve encountered a glitch on macOS Tahoe where attempting to sign in, in-game does not work, while signing in via the launcher works fine, but the launcher crashes when The Sims 3 is launched.

Everytime I try to sign in, in-game, I get the error that my email address and password are incorrect, despite being correct. I also changed my password to see if this could fix the issue, but even with a new password and entering it correctly, I still get the error that my email address or password is incorrect, which it isn’t, meaning that I cannot download my Sims 3 Store content that I purchased a few years back directly in game.
