building basement help
So I built my basement like a person said in the video, I tried to get my sims to go down and they wouldn't so I tried to fix it and took it apart but now I cant put it back together Please help me I'm going crazy!!

Let's try to find out what's going wrong. Could you try to explain us what happens when you try to build the basement again? Screenshots would probably help 😉
