Burglar on community lot glitch
I have this glitch where all the sims in the entire town are stuck on a community lot in Bridgeport. They are all freaking out about the burglar and I can't get my sim to go home and leave the lot.

press ctrl/shist/c all at the same time. type in TestingCheatsEnable true press enter. Now hold shift and click on the burglar. You will get an option menu, click on object then delete. Poof! No more burglar! The game will regenerate a new one so don't worry. Alternativly, once you have enabled the cheat mode per instucitons above you can zoom in on your sims home hold shift and click on an empty patch of ground. You will get another option menu, select teleport and Poof you sim will no longer be stuck at the park. How to fix the park and get all the sims out you ask? Open up, edit town. save a copy of the park to your library. You will be warned that all iteractions for sims will be cancled it you continue. But isnt that what you want? Next grab the dozer tool and delete the park. Notice its gone but the lot is still there, now open up your select menue and find you park under comunity lots, it should be the firts one. Put it back where it came from and rusume your game. Hope this helps
the easiest cheat to use is resetsim * that will send every sim home and any sim that is stuck
ctrl+ shift + c menu bar wil appear at the top of your screen type in testungcheatsenabled true hit enter then ctrl+shift+c again the menu bar type in resetsim *
that will reset every sim then ctrl+shift+c in the menu bar type in testingcheatsenabled false
I have exactly the same problem. In some cases calling the police helps. But if you sent your Sims home by any kind of cheat, the burglar will still be there.
