c++ runtime error

i am having a issue with a c++ runtime library error with the sims 3. i have uninstalled/reinstalled runtime. i have uninstalled/reinstalled the sims 3 and i have this pop up as soon as i open the sims 3 launcher. i don't understand why this is happening and i have no cc/mods. i've been dealing with this for more than 2 weeks now... HELP
