Can I download content without a registration code?

Is it possible to download content from the Exchange without your registration code? I've had my Sims games for over 4 years, so naturally it's very difficult to keep track of all of the cases and registration codes. Now I'm trying to download content from the Exchange on thesims3.com and I need a registration code in order to download anything. I only have two codes still with me, and those are for Island Paradise and Supernatural, but neither of those will work. I had an old account with all of my games registered onto it, but I forgot the login information, and when I click on "forgot my password", it sends me to Origin. I don't know what to do! Please help !
