Can I download the sims 3 for free if I bought the disks?
I bought a new computer, and it does not have a disk drive! (I guess we really do live in the digital age.) I own Sims 3 and two expansion packs (world adventures and ambitions) on disk, and I am wondering if I can download them somewhere and use my product codes from my disks to activate it, or if I have to buy them as downloads. If I CAN download them using my codes, where do I do this? Any help would be great, since there is apparently no way to contact help at EA.
You can redeem them at Origin.
Download the client and you should find Register a game at the dropdown menu. Put in the serial code(s) and you should have the game(s) available for download.
