@peta141299 Did you actually install the packs? If you're not sure, click Sims 3 in your Origin library, select More > Expansion Packs, and scroll through the list looking for your packs. If you see a Download button, click it. If you only see Details, and the packs do NOT show as installed (green check mark), let me know.
- 3 years ago@puzzlezaddict yes. i can see the packs but just with the button details and not the button install. i can see the green check mark saying unlocked but not installed

@peta141299 Please contact EA customer support and ask that the "entitlements," as they're called, for the 64-bit versions of your packs be added to your account.

It's best to use the live chat option here. If you don't see it, change the location in your browser window to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue.

This is what they told me on the online chat. what do you think about it? it still does not working.
And also i have another problem. i already have three expansion packs from the past and when I play the game and create a new family, with pets, i choose the house or i want to build a house, the game stops and ends immediately. could you also help me with this problem?
