Cancelling an order for sims 3 expansion pack

Question

Hi,I bought Sims 3 Pets and Paws &amp; Whiskers Costumes pack earlier today but they are not on the my correct account so I would like to either cancel the purchase or transfer it to the correct account.Please could someone advise if this is possible to do and if so how would I do this please?

It sounds like you need to contact EA. Only they can handle account issues like lost registration codes, recovering passwords, purchasing/refunds, etc. Here is a link to contact them: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

I don't suppose anyone has a phone number for EA please as the live chat has very long wait times and no one seems to answer. I am from UK so don't think I can call toll free number

I have the US number but yeah it's the toll free one.&nbsp; I know there are others for international people.&nbsp; I googled and found this UK phone number for them:&nbsp; 08702432435&nbsp;&nbsp; (from this link: http://forum.p-stats.com/threads/1420-How-To-Contact-Origin-EA-%28version-3%29).&nbsp; Also, make sure you're trying to call during regular business hours.&nbsp; Good Luck.
