Canning station broken/few other bugs

Alot has changed since 2014, I did search up my issues first before posting and all the solutions were from 2014. All of my store content works just fine except for the canning station. I can create ...

    @BrownNy13  Bonehilda is buggy even on her best days, and apparently trying to get her to care for toddlers is a nightmare in more ways than one.  Auto lights can sometimes be fixed by deleting the lights and buying new ones, or by clicking on the light and switching back and forth between auto lighting and something else (sometimes with a restart in between).

    The counter space is annoying not just for the canning station but for regular cooking too.  I think I've seen my sims drop the action from their queues with no comment when I told them to cook with no free space, although it's been a while.

    And you're completely right about that super-adult mod.

    I'm glad to hear that the canning station at least is working.  Other than that, Sims will be Sims, I guess.

Hey @puzzlezaddict I tried in Sunset Valley on a new save and the canning station works now, bonehilda still can't care for toddlers and babies and the auto lights feature doesn't work, but I am happy about the canning station. I did realize that the station isn't broken at all, my sims just did not have a empty kitchen counter to do the action. If they had did the usual "i cant reach that" or "something is in my way" animation then I would have known that they needed a surface, but they would just cancel the action without hinting at why they couldn't do it.

My mods are all from MTS, the ellacharmed worlds, canning station overhaul, texture replacers, and a few bug fixes. I dont have that mod by OnikiKay because its insane and it'll conflict with my Nraas mods anyway.

Also thanks for the mod info because nobody has said anything about some mods working for both 1.67 and 1.69.

So the sims must have a empty countertop in order to eat the jam with scones or toast
