Cannot get Barnacle Bay installed

I bought Barnacle  Bay which didn't have a disk - only  a redeem code, This was put on my other laptop which is no longer functioning. I have  a new laptop which I installed all my Sims gamesbut not Barnacle Bay because the redeem code has already been entered from my previous laptop and it is not in my purchase history with Origin or with EA either.. What do  I do to get Barnacle Bay onto my new system
