Cannot log into the Sims 3 website or my account in game.

I know my password but it keeps saying the email or password is not correct.  I can login to Origin just fine, I downloaded the Sims 3 University and registered it with no problems.

I just cannot log into the sims 3 website or in game cannot log in, I have to play offline.

I was able to log in last week no problem.

Is there a problem with the login server or what?  Anyone else having this problem?  Is there a phone number for technical support?

    Problem has been solved.  It must have been a problem with the login servers, today I was able to login with no problems 🙂

  • I have been having this problem for a few days and was also able to log on and play last week. Exact same problem.

    I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM NOW. I PURCHASED A GAME THROUGH GAME STOP, BUT I HAVE TO GO TO THE SIMS 3 WEBSITE TO REDEEM IT. I cannot log in to my account nor get any help from technical support.

    What game did you purchase ? Do you have an accout at thesims3.com ? Did you try logging in with a different browser ?
