Cannot redeem Generations Registration Gift,No Product Code

I bought the Generations Expansion pack from Origin with the ea wallet or whatever it is called.It shows up in origin with no problem and downloaded without any hassle.I then log on to the sims 3 sit...

@rp_player_girl There are a series of menus and you should get to a page where you can chat online or get a callback.

    Link - customer service click help with a game - click the right arrow - click sims 3 - scroll to bottom of page - during business hours you should get an option to chat or get a call back (depending if your in the US).

    or try in the upper right there's a contact us - you may have to log in - start a new case.
