Cannot redeem product codes
i tried redeeming 2 sims stuff packs on the sims sights

but there was not enough blocks so i registered them
i now shows i have the games but they are not installed
i to redeem them on the origin site but they say they have already been redeemed as they have already been registered
how do i install these packs

for digital downloads they will/should be in your origin account to download and install log into your origin from the desktop with your email and password you use for your account then find the game icon in your my games tab right click -download ,if you where logged into your orign when you redeemed the codes log out of origin and log back in this can get the games to reload/refresh
