@mindtoy I have merged all your threads. Please keep to one thread instead of multiple. All-Caps is considered screaming and against the TOS so please, use normal caps to post.
You have had several suggestions now. Please try those and let us know where you still have issues.

Please try to respond to your existing threads. When you click "Play" within the Origin client, what is the next thing that appears/happens?

i dont have any kind of "client" option. The only thing i have is the Origin home page, where you buy games and have a library of the games i have purchased. When i click on that Sims 3 game it just trys to downoload all over again. i do not have a launcher page or anything that resembles what i was shopwn i should have.

So on the Origin client in your library, the Sims 3 shows up but it doesn't have a play option but only a install option ?
What's your operating system ?

To clarify, the "Origin client" is the Origin.exe program that runs and displays your Store & My Games section.
If your answer to Crinrict's question is a "yes" if you try to install, what error message do you get, if any?
If you try to install Peggle (currently free with On The House) does that work ok?
