So I'm unable to download anything to my game, and I'm especially trying to download Lucky Palms. I have made a new sims 3 folder, deleted everything in the cache, and nothing works. When I click the install button, nothing happens and I'm unable to click any buttons. HELP!!!
levvyeeger Please create another new user folder. Download one item, then before trying to install it, close the launcher and reopen it. When you do click Install, you should see a second plumbob appear in your Dock. This is the launcher's installer. Wait a few seconds and click that plumbob, and the installer should become the active window rather than being hidden behind the launcher.
If this works for Store items but you find you can't install certain custom lots, those lots may be broken or use items from packs you don't own. In that case, you'll need to find something else to use.
