Can't download Aurora Skies

Can someone please explain why I can't download the Aurora Skies world despite the fact I have purchased it?!  I select to download but I just get a message on my launcher telling me it was unable to...

Hello:

I have the same problem but my version is 1.67. I can´t download skies. I need only the version 1.50? How can i dounload this version?

It's best if you made your own thread since this one is solved.

There's a log which can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log

Post the content in a new thread.

    I have tried so things and nothing is working.
    It gives me the option to download but once I play the sims it isn't there
